Drawing since the age of three, I was destined to be an artist in some way. Born in the mid-90s, my creative perspective was molded by an era of media in its absolute prime. Always feeling a bit different among my classmates, my inner world was deeply immersed in music, cartoons, anime, and wrestling from a young age. After moving from Atlanta to the developing suburb of Frisco, Texas in my pre-teens, I found it difficult to navigate a social landscape where identity was often confined to racial stereotypes. I developed a deeper fascination with the aesthetics and details that brought those characters I watched in media to life.  

That fascination initially led me to creative makeup, as it was the only thing I could push boundaries with in a small town. Upon entering adulthood, I developed a strong inclination to hair color. I mastered the technicality of hair, making my client’s dream hue a reality while simultaneously prioritizing hair health. After spending nearly a decade building my independent salon business, working with brands and teaching other stylists, I no longer felt fulfilled.

After a time of self discovery I began to look more deeply into the fashion world, where my artistic identity evolved and found new purpose. I let go of my salon business and moved to Los Angeles in pursuit of artistic expansion. My shift into editorial work is shaped by my perspective as both a photographer and musician, two areas that have used fashion and beauty to push the boundaries of pop culture for decades. My multidisciplinary background brings a unique blend of structured artistry, technical understanding and creative balance to every look I create without losing authenticity.

Beauty is far more than it appears on the surface. It is the soul of self expression and I am eager to inspire the world with my vision.
